I suggest you learn how to introduce yourself, ask someone their name, and let them know you are now learning ASL. Once you get comfortable with that then next is to learn how to tell someone your reason for learning ASL because you will be asked about your background. The deaf community that I have been exposed to are very welcoming and also very personal.

I’ve been learning ASL on this app for a long time now, and it’s been really helpful. But sometimes when I have the seldom chance to sign with real people, I get a little lost. I think it would be great if the app had a live video feature where learners can sign with actual people in real time. It would make learning more interactive, fun, and easier to understand especially for people like me who love ASL but don’t have anyone to practice signing with.
Can you guys please make a free game even like a endless quiz game. I really need a review because I lock in so hard and then I have trouble remembering all the words
There are lots of videos on learning the basics, conversational ASL, sentence structure and more!
1. Find a ministry or a program for the deaf get some connections with other deaf or hard of hearing ASL learners. 2. Have fun go in the mirror and practice conversations and your facial cues. 3. Practice,Practice!!!!😁😁😁 Below share ways that have helped you learn:😁
Do you all have a YouTube channel? If not, it would be a great way to advertise this app. I'd definitely love people doing a newsletter, telling jokes or stories in ASL with it maybe repeated with captions.
