exam question discrepancies

In section 14, lesson 4 had a grammar issue with one of the sentences that needed to be interpreted. The word offered to select was vacation so the verb I chose was singular, is, but the answer said that was wrong and it should’ve been vacations are, but there was no plural “vacations” to choose.

Also in the exam for first set of lessons in the first part of section 14, one of the sentences to be interpreted, the sign for the fruit given looked like lemon, but the only two fruit words offered to choose from were mango or strawberry berries, but the sign was neither mango nor strawberries. The answer wanted strawberries, but the sign used was not strawberries.
