My daughter & I are both hearing but, my son is deaf. He doesn't sign so his sister and I are learning so we can teach him words.

I’m hearing and don’t know anyone deaf but I just enjoy the idea of speaking and expressing yourself with your hands, face and body and enjoying every second of my ASL joirney that i just started

I am!! But since I am trying to switch over to having ASL be my main language, I’m trying to get my family into it as well

Profile Pictures
Okay so this might not be that big of a deal, but, I wish that they had black people or P.O.C in general as profile pictures for everybody not just when you reach a certain level in the app. Currently my profile pictures of a white girl and I'm not white and, I just wish it was different because on other apps, I can customize my profile picture to any character that resembles me most and even, customize little characters. I just think that when it comes to your ethnicity or race, that shouldn't be something that you have to earn in the app. What do you guys think? 🙏🏾🌻
