It was hard. She tries to trip you up with what looks like additional letters and sometimes the letter doesn't look like the letter. But, it was the challenge that kept me going.

You are an inspiration, Jen. Congrats! I only have the 27 stars for the free trial lessons. I recall that it did get difficult quickly, with fast fingering, equiring multiple views. I see now that I cannot review any of those first 9 lessons. Perhaps the challenge will draw me back, but no promises. Do you feel like a more proficient reader now, or does it still feel challenging to read the spelling? I feel like my brain just doesn’t move fast enough! Thx for the encouraging achievement.

You can always use your tickets to boost your account and then you will be able to access the whole thing. That's what I did. It does get hard and definitely had to watch several times. I don't know if I am better at reading it or not since everyone in my house are learning and I haven't seen anyone in public. I did learn the alphabet when I was a kid but, always got tripped up in certain letters This has definitely made me retain those letters so that makes me feel good. Thank you. I may switch to the mexican one now, I'm already bilingual in english and spanish so maybe it'll bring back some excitement to my learning. LOL

not bragging..but 1 full year streak as if today!
Not bragging here but simply marking the achievement. Today I hit One full year streak for ASL lessons. It helps that I am retired but I wanted to make a point that you are NEVER too old to learn a new language. I wish there were more TV shows or Movies that used ASL.. Somebody should start a trend!
