i’m so disappointed. i lost my 160+ days streak when i had 2 streak protector left. i even emailed them and provided screenshots. now i just lost another 40+ day streak when i still have 2 streak protectors left. it’s good that this app is free but i don’t think the glitches of losing a streak is worth my frustration.

Please let us know if you get a reply to your email, and if they fix the issue for you. I just purchased a streak protector but I'm learning it doesn't work.

Hi Chelle! I hope you’ll get your streak back soon. I think learning ASL is more important than the streak itself. The streak and game features are just there to keep us motivated. If you’ve learned signs over the past months and still remember them, then it was totally worth it!
