Hello, I can't do today's lessons because the 6 bits are fully filled from yesterday. Unless I was daydreaming when I did this earlier today, I don't know why.
I don't want to lose my streak out of no fault of mine. I restarted my phone, started the app over and over again to no effect.
Anyone experienced this before? What should I do?

it’s because you left the app open last night. this happens to me everyday. I don’t know how on android but on my iPad I open the multitasking, swipe up to completely close the program then reopen it and I’m good to go. good luck on your journey. Also soon as you have shards by streak protectors. keep them maxed out at 3

Mackaronni, thanks. This is different, for sure. Because what you described happened to me too and reopening the app clears it up. But that didn't work yesterday. And today, it says I missed one day and my streak was saved by streak protector. But 6 bits won't reload today again no matter what I do. I will try clear the app cache, and if that doesn't work, I'll have to uninstall and reinstall the app. It's frustrating to experience a glitch like this.

I hope you get that resolved. I know streaks and league status are not the reasons we started this journey on this app but it still sucks to loose what you have earned. I’d contact customer service through the app if you haven’t already.

Clearing the app cache didn't solve the issue. The only other solution I can think of is to uninstall and reinstall the app, but I want to hear from IS before doing that. I contacted them yesterday and just did again a moment ago. Waiting to hear from them.
I just got the 600 stars award for advanced spelling. That was the last award I needed.
Not bragging here but simply marking the achievement. Today I hit One full year streak for ASL lessons. It helps that I am retired but I wanted to make a point that you are NEVER too old to learn a new language. I wish there were more TV shows or Movies that used ASL.. Somebody should start a trend!
