Oh that hurts, I am so sorry for you. If it comforts: You are not alone. When I lost my mine a month ago, I reached out via Mail, no answer yet. Also for some the League was or still is 'stuck' and they got demoted to bronze1. I was so 'lucky' and got all three nuissances, wheeee! But still. Despite this @#&% it's a good app to learn ASL (for free!), what do you think?
