I got a new phone and transferred everything over - but now it logs me out every day and I have to keep logging back in to continue my progress... does anyone know how I can get the app to keep me logged in? My daily reminders don't go off because of being logged out and I lost my really long streak ☹️

I cannot paste my long answer. have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

yes. that was my first thought. perhaps it has something to do with my account being linked to my Google?? because I don't actually type in an email and password. I just click "log in with google"

it doesn't register the email and password as an account when I try to input it. I'll try deleting and reinstalling the app again... every time I close the app and go back on later.. I'm logged in as a random guest. I have to log out and then log in under my Google account.. perhaps it's time to contact support on this...

I just got the 600 stars award for advanced spelling. That was the last award I needed.
Not bragging here but simply marking the achievement. Today I hit One full year streak for ASL lessons. It helps that I am retired but I wanted to make a point that you are NEVER too old to learn a new language. I wish there were more TV shows or Movies that used ASL.. Somebody should start a trend!
