I don’t know what happened to you but you can do your six lessons per day and not maintain or advance in the league. This week notice how many spots there are for moving up. if there are 6 spots and 12 people competing then even id all 12 do their 6 lessons per day only 6 will advance and 6 will get demoted. You also mentioned this week's notice, is the notice available to all learners? How can I get access to that?

you misunderstood him talking about "this week's notice" what he was actually saying was that this week you should take notice of how many spots there are in your level. all the numbers vary depending on how many are in your group but as an example maybe your group has 12 there might be 4 people in the group labeled "on the rise" who will go up to the next level and 4 in the group at risk to go down a level and then the rest will be in the middle group who will stay there and not go up or down. now like he said even if you do all your lessons you can still go down because if everyone else did theirs too and the points are tied them people are ranked based who got the points first so the top winner will always be the person who did it the instant it rolled over to midnight and reset and they will sit in the number 1 spot and some one who does it at 3am might be number 2 and some one who does it at 8am might be number 3 and if you wait all the way until 10pm you might be in last place and do down a rank. neither him nor I have anything to do with intersign. I have seen them respond to messages on occasion and they will always be labeled as intersign but it won't be common though they do look at the forums at least occasionally and I have seen them say that at some point in the future they are going to add a tie breaker that takes into account how accurate you are in your lessons so like if you make a few or a lot of mistakes then some one who got all their answers right will win instead of simply basing it off who did it first but it doesn't seem to be that way yet.

Lou explained it much better than I did. My only addition is I’ve emailed the IS team through the “contact us” in the settings tab and they responded and fixed my issue.
I was the highest scoring in my group and I got demoted. So I'm confused too.
Hi Diana, so am I. But Lou and Mackaronni have helped shed light on the situation, so at least we have some explanations. It may remain confusing until a tie breaker is introduced or some transparency by some kind of a message to a demoted learner for info of the reason. So, keep going with the learning journey and don't let this slow you down. Happy finger flexing.
iS should monitor here also, I just finished a lesson and got 0 points, I know it seems like this keeps happening
Aww, really Maxwell? That might be happening to others too without noticing points haven't been allocated. I never check if points aren't allocated for me after lessons are completed because I assume it's a given. But I'm not even sure where to check the points after lessons. The most obvious to check is the leagues and leagues promotion. So, one needs league points to rank up. All I know is that those points accumulate over a number of days. But I don't see where the daily league points could be checked.
Aside this, at the profile page, under 'My Progress', you'll find 'streak', 'user level', 'lesson's today's, and 'EXP 1477/2295' for example, what does EXP and the numbers mean?
Anyone knows what EXP on the profile page indicates? Mine was EXP 1477/2295 before I took today's lessons, and it changed to EXP 88/2310 right after I completed the lessons.

'EXP 1477/2295 before today's lessons'
=> present EXP / EXP needed for next level
'changed to EXP 88/2310 right after'
=> Now you just leveled up and are at 88 EXP in Level 453. You need to get past 2310 EXP to Level up to 454.
You leveled up 3 times. EXP needed per Level rises 5 points each Level.

I've got 1004/2320 after today's 6 lessons. The numbers are all over the place though.
Hi Temi, great, so you leveled up twice today. That's what i get as well: 2 or 3 levels up per day doing 6 or 7 lessons.
A month ago i checked out BSL to learn their two-handed alphabet. Went through ABC-1-2-3 (15 lessons, 3 exams) and got 10 levels for them.
