it was the exam for Objects 1 under Section 3, the first question.

im not 100% sure but I think I remember a similar thing throwing me off in one of the lessons and the problem was that the correct combo took 4 signs and it was "my car color black" but it your saying there is only space for 3 signs them I don't know what to tell you

Two challenges here: first is to get the correct order, as you noted. If you press and hold the blank placeholder, you will be “hinted” at which word goes in that spot. Second, for this type of problem, deciphering the microscopic sign images can be very tricky, especially for less than perfect eyesight. I use a magnifying glass, since the app does not permit enlargement or going landscape. You could possibly be selecting “my car boy”, instead of “my car black”, for example. Trial and error sometimes helps me, but the reshuffling of signs on every new try makes this hard. These are the hardest questions for me. I feel like the devs create this on a desktop screen and never experience it on a 4” (100 mm) screen. I hope this helps…good luck!

Thank you. I will see if the hint option you suggested helps. And I am doing this on my phone so sometimes it is harder to make out some details on the screen.

went through it again. I noticed there were two of the same options to choose for “my.” I thought maybe there is a problem with picking a specific one in the programming. So I tried “My car black” and this time it worked. Since the program shuffles the videos each time, it was difficult to determine these from each other. Any way, I finally got it. Since the sign for my and mine are the same, I wonder if the program has them coded differently. And when I thought I was selecting My, the program was coded for Mine for that video, so it said it was incorrect.

oh yeah I remember seeing 2 my signs and thinking it was weird but I guess I just always lucked out and picked the right one

Glad u finally succeeded! I cringe when I get one of these questions, and heave a sigh of relief when I get it right and avoid the multiple do-overs.
