No LP ever and lost 120+ day streak
I recently had to get a new phone and number. I signed back in with my email or my Google. It doesn't say on my asl calendar that I learned any in the past 6-9 months. I worked hard for those, but what I can't seem to gain anymore of is LP. It says I gained all 6 lessons for the day even if I just opened the app for the day and did 1 lesson. My league constantly says 0 now and I can't move upward. I'm stuck in champion 2 and probably soon to lose it due to this bug. IS team please help

This post is to warn users who might be unaware that uninstalling this app to reset an issue is not recommended and to seek advice. I couldn't do lessons yesterday, I closed and reopened, cleared up the cache, emailed IS customer care, nothing worked. So I decided to try uninstall and reinstall the app on one of my two phones, luckily I only tried it on only one of the phones. I have since been able to complete today's lesson on my other phone where the app wasn't uninstalled and that's where I'm writing this post. After reinstalling the app, every previously earned or saved record disappeared. The shards, the streak, user level, awards, everything gone. I couldn't even purchase a Streak Reviver. A Streak Reviver, separate from a Streak Protector, is precisely for this exact scenario but I couldn't since I needed 1250 shards to do that. But on my other phone where I'm writing this, I have 39.3K shards, 544 user level, 200++ days streak, Champion II. I mean, the same account, same user, two phones should perfectly sync, right? I will send this post as an email to the Support team and see what they advise. So, this post is as much a suggestion, a warning to other users and SOS for help if anyone knows what I can do to get the app running again as before, and with the streaks, shards and everything else restored. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I can't do today's lessons because the 6 bits are fully filled from yesterday. Unless I was daydreaming when I did this earlier today, I don't know why. I don't want to lose my streak out of no fault of mine. I restarted my phone, started the app over and over again to no effect. Anyone experienced this before? What should I do?

Hi, I just finished Section 17 a few days ago and even though I updated the app nothing changed, I didn't see any new sections. So I would like to know if there are only 17 sections on the free app, or is it a bug? Thanks to y'all, I'm enjoying learning ASL!🥰

I got a new phone and transferred everything over - but now it logs me out every day and I have to keep logging back in to continue my progress... does anyone know how I can get the app to keep me logged in? My daily reminders don't go off because of being logged out and I lost my really long streak ☹️

Anyone knows what EXP on the profile page indicates? Mine was EXP 1477/2295 before I took today's lessons, and it changed to EXP 88/2310 right after today's lessons. What is EXP and what do the numbers indicate?

I have been marked as doing 3 lessons today but I'm getting a loading circle. When it finally goes through after the ad it isn't giving me LP so I am not getting more points except for yesterday's. HELP!

I just discovered the “skip” button, marking a question as correct and moving on. I was stuck on assembling the sentence: “my family beautiful “ but the images would not load. I guessed various blank white panels, multiple times, but they shuffled every time, and I didn’t want to press “X” to exit the lesson. Only the signs ‘my’ and ‘big’ would load. Found the skip icon in another corner! Never needed or used that in 370 days or more. Saved from frustration.

I finished all of the lessons! Besides going back over them to build up memory and practice, is there anything else to do? I cannot seem to do the spelling challenges. I guess that is for those who pay and I am just using the app for free.

I do my my lessons every night after my son goes to bed. I am also doing a Spanish language app as well. Anyway, I stay up late at night and two days ago, I started my first lesson of ASL just before midnight hit. But because I didn’t finish it, I lost my streak. Well, because I ended up using the 6 heartbits effectively after midnight, last night I did not have new refill of heart bits so I used my shards to buy them. I got the lessons done before midnight. Well, I came here to do my lessons for tonight and I have no heart bits. So basically this us now 2 days in a row the system did not give me more heart bits, and because I used my shards to buy heart bits yesterday, I did not get any extra points nor credit for 2 day streak. So I will again lose even the 1 day streak I just started as I will have to wait until tomorrow to get more heart bits from the program. This happened to me one other time as well. The app is unforgiving if you do your lessons over midnight and it sets you back 2 days to get it to reset again.
